2018 Executive Command

  William Ruff, Emminent Commander:     Will is a Columbia College junior from Chapel Hill, North Carolina. He attended Durham Academy, and took a gap year to travel around New Zealand and Asia   b  efore coming to Columbia. He is studying Economics with a concentration in psychology. Will loves Duke Basketball and enjoys making hoop-mixtapes in the gym. He is on the Parliamentary Debate team at Columbia, and is a licensed mixologist for the Bartending Association.

Along with Sigma Nu, Coby is the President of the Interfraternity Council and a member of the Lion Credit Union Initiative. A former member of the Men’s Varsity Swim Team, he continues to enjoy lifting and fitness, and also loves to eat pizza while hanging around the house with his brothers.

  Chris Gaw, Marshal:   Chris is junior in SEAS majoring in Mechanical Engineering. From Santa Clarita, Chris loves playing tennis and learning about sports through playing video games. Personally, he does not enjoy writing, and leaves that task up to his friends.

  Nicholas Cornejo, Social Chairman:  Nic is a sophomore in SEAS from Long Beach California majoring in Computer Engineering. His interests include playing video games, watching steelers football, and eating Ferris Biscuits. Nic hopes to someday enter the tech industry and become a hardware design specialist.

  Alex Libby, Alumni Chairman:  Alex is junior in Columba College. Hailing from New Jersey, he is an avid fan of basket and football, hip hop, and watching animal fight videos.

  Nikola Danev, Risk Reduction Chairman:  Nikola, CC’20, is from Skopje, Macedonia. He is majoring in Biology and on the pre-med track. Nikola is actively involved with campus health through CU-EMS, the Student Health Advisory Committee, and other committees on Columbia Health. He enjoys skiing in his free time.

On campus, Evan is a Coordinator for Columbia’s One-to-One Tutoring program and is a Resident Advisor.  Outside of the classroom, Evan is an avid tennis fan and has enjoyed the recent reemergence of his favorite tennis player Roger Federer. Evan is also a professional thumb war player.

  Sean Taylor, Chaplain:  When he's not working on his banter in Sigma Nu, Sean enjoys traveling all across the globe in search for the meaning of life: from Singapore to France to India to Dubai, and even Montana. So far, he has only discovered that sick high-fives and sahvage memes ascend you to a higher dimension.

  Quincy Meng, Philanthropy Chairman:  Quincy is a junior in Columbia College with a prospective major in Computer Science and a concentration in Economics. Born in China, Quincy moved to New York at age 15. Before coming to Columbia, he attended Juilliard Pre-College and has played recitals at venues such as the Microsoft Auditorium (Seattle), Poly Theatre (China), and the Juilliard School (New York). At Columbia, he is a member of the Columbia Men's Club Ice Hockey Team and is actively involved in Columbia Daily Spectator as a software developer.
